自PHP 5.5.0起,此函数已经被废弃。强烈建议不要使用此函数 。
fmtThe formatter resource.
zone
The time zone ID string of the time zone to use.
If NULL or the empty string, the default time zone for the runtime is used.
成功时返回 TRUE， 或者在失败时返回 FALSE。
